Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Rheumatology team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital and St. Francis Hospital. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, autonomous role where your clinical expertise will directly improve patient outcomes in a collaborative, physician-supported environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform joint aspirations/injections, interpret imaging, and order appropriate lab monitoring.
- Initiate and titrate DMARDs, biologics, and small-molecule therapies.
- Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and infusion protocols.
- Collaborate with referring PCPs, orthopedists, and pain management specialists.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of NP experience, preferably in a Rheumatology or internal medicine setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
