Requirements
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult
- Gerontology NP.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of NP experience, preferably in a GI or internal medicine setting.

- Salary range: $125,000 to $135,000 annually.
