The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulations. ADONs who are looking to expand their career horizons would be ideal candidates for this position.

Duties: - Manage nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care - Oversee resident rights and ensure their well-being - Conduct documentation reviews to maintain accurate medical records - Supervise shift management to guarantee adequate staffing levels - On Call

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Experience in hospice care and nursing home settings - Strong knowledge of physiology and medical records management - Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals - Proficient in supervising and managing shifts - Familiarity with resident rights and documentation review processes - Experience in home health services Qualifications - Management and supervising experience in nursing administration - Proficiency in EMR and EHR systems - Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations - Experience in nursing home, home health, and hospice care - Familiarity with Medicare regulations and documentation review - Ability to lead and provide patient care in various settings, including memory care and home health
