Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, full-time General Dentist who is ready to lead a team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to exceptional dental care. You will practice comprehensive dentistry, while guiding and inspiring a team that is eager to grow with you. We would love to see you expand the services offered in the office, including bringing in-house procedures that are currently referred out.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team to deliver excellent patient experiences
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Utah dental license
• Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
• Leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to Patient-centered Care

• First six months: a negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater.
• After six months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month, and 35% of collections on everything over $50,000 per month.
