Job Description
What You Will Do
Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will evaluate patients, establish treatment plans, and monitor the ongoing effects of therapy. They are also responsible for supervising physical therapist assistants and aides while collaborating with the care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license. A BLS certification is required, and at least one year of related therapy experience is preferred.
