Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with families and staff while maintaining accurate clinical records and participating in quality improvement programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. A valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to perform physical therapy tasks are required.
