The Teresian House is a beautiful facility in Albany, NY with private rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• will perform treatments, patient & family education, caregiver training while working with a diverse and friendly multi-disciplinary team.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting * W.
