Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists to provide integrated care and support families through both in-person and virtual sessions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. An active North Carolina state licensure is also required for this position.
