You'll practice within a collegial, mission-driven environment backed by experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated nursing team committed to family-centered care.

Position Highlights

• Neonatology position at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital, part of the Carondelet Health Network
• Enhanced Sign-On Bonus
• Per Diem travelers considered
• Level II NICU with plans to advance to Level III designation
• Average daily census of 5
• On-site physician coverage 8 a. m. – 2 p. m.; NNP coverage 2 p. m. – 8 a. m. with physician call-in (30-minute response time)
• Full-time schedule with equitable call rotation
• Supported by hospital-based Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated NICU nursing team
• Practice within a modern Women & Newborn Center featuring spacious birthing suites, midwife-assisted deliveries, and couplet care

Candidate Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
