Pharmacist PRN - Inpatient Rehab Hospital

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will ensure the safe and effective use of medications by verifying orders, dispensing drugs, and monitoring patient therapy. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide clinical support and patient education within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered pharmacist license and possess a B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school. Strong clinical knowledge of pharmacology and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment are required.
