The Physical Therapist will work within an integrated care model to provide rehabilitative therapy to residents and patients. They will collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure patients achieve a full recovery and return to their daily activities.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with at least a Bachelor of Science degree. A valid physical therapy license in the state of North Carolina is required.
