You must live in Illinois and be able to travel throughout Cook County to provide in-person services to youth and families in homes and community settings.

The IPS Therapist provides short-term, intensive clinical interventions to youth at risk of placement disruption in home and community settings. They collaborate with family teams to develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and coordinate care to ensure placement stability.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and possess at least 2 years of social service experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Cook County are required.
