What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and participate in therapy screenings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve resident goals
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
What You'll Need
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory requirements
