What You'll Do

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor nutrition and hydration status to support resident wellness
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams on resident care
• Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff, residents, and families
• Support quality improvement efforts and best practices in nutritional care
• Serve as a clinical nutrition resource within the facility

What You'll Need

• Current Registered Dietitian certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Long-term care or clinical nutrition experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to pass employment screenings
