Job description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Wichita Falls, TX
● Salary: $310,000 + $12,000 leadership stipend ($322,000)
● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD
● Call: Home call only - no weekends - extremely light call-back volume
● Case Types: Mainly Urology, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, ENT, GI and General, with some pediatric ENT, ortho and dental. No OB, Cardiac or Vascular cases.
● Special Requirements: Proficiency in spinals and ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks required (training available for candidates needing support in these areas)
● EMR: TBD
● Supervision Model: Independent - CRNA only model with 3 CRNAs on-site daily

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in spinals, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, general and ortho cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
