- Work Location: Pittsburgh, PA (North Hills School Based)
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per client hour, Differential rates for administrative work and travel
About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a School Based/Outpatient Therapist in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non‑licensed scale.
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Avonworth School District(elementary, middle, high school levels)
- Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
- Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school‑based mental health services
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
- Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
- Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible)
