Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism while providing support and training to behavioral technicians. They are also responsible for monitoring client progress and communicating effectively with families regarding treatment recommendations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam. Demonstrated clinical competence in ABA and the ability to perform physical tasks related to client sessions are required.
