Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism while providing support and training to behavioral technicians. They are also responsible for monitoring client progress and communicating assessment results to families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam. Demonstrated experience in ABA therapy and strong clinical judgment are required.
