Key Responsibilities

Develop and supervise targeted behavioral interventions for children with autism while providing support and training to behavioral technicians. Monitor client progress, conduct clinical assessments, and maintain clear communication with families regarding treatment recommendations.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field. Candidates must hold a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months.
