Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism while monitoring client progress and advocating for their needs. Provide direct supervision and training to behavioral technicians while maintaining clear communication with families regarding treatment recommendations.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field. Candidates must hold a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months.
