Key Responsibilities
The Lead Clinician provides clinical leadership and case management for adults with severe mental illnesses within a multi-disciplinary PACT team. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing direct supportive therapy in both office and community settings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human service discipline and possess a valid LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license. Five years of supervised clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle are required.
