Key Responsibilities
Provides psychosocial services and support to dialysis patients to improve their quality of life and treatment outcomes. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, facilitate education, and assist with care planning and resource referrals.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and a valid Massachusetts state license (LICSW or LCSW). No prior dialysis experience is required as structured training is provided.
