Job description
Join Saint Luke's Health System as a Social Worker in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Saint Luke's South Hospital is seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our Team! Responsible and accountable for assessment of psychological, social, emotional, cultural and financial needs, and the resulting treatment that impacts patients' health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker is responsible for assessing the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patients to facilitate effective treatment and recovery. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage discharge planning, crisis intervention, and patient education within an acute care setting.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and possess a valid Kansas LMSW or LCSW license. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
