Job description
Join Saint Luke's Health System as a Social Worker in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a Social Worker to join our team! Responsible and accountable for assessing the psychological social emotional cultural or financial needs that impact patient s health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker assesses the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patients to facilitate recovery and effective transition planning. They conduct family and group therapy sessions while collaborating with the healthcare team to address patient needs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a valid LMSW license for Missouri and Kansas. At least one year of applicable experience is required for this role.
