Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker will serve as a vital member of the patient care team, providing advocacy and support for patients navigating dialysis. They will guide patients through the physical, mental, emotional, and financial challenges associated with End Stage Renal Disease.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice and meet all state-required regulations for dialysis settings. Proficiency in government and private insurance programs, along with basic computer skills, is required.
