Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Social Worker implements resident services through advocacy, ongoing assessment, and care planning to ensure optimal psychosocial and emotional well-being. They coordinate services and maintain compliance with regulations within the long-term care facility.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field and possess an unrestricted license from the MN Board of Social Work. At least one year of social work experience, preferably in a long-term care setting, is required.
