Key Responsibilities
The Team Clinician provides comprehensive rehabilitation and case management services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness as part of a multidisciplinary PACT team. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing side-by-side support for activities of daily living.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human service discipline and possess a valid LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license in Massachusetts. The role requires five years of supervised clinical experience and the ability to transport clients using a personal, fully insured vehicle.
