• Annual Salary Range: First‑year compensation: $328,500 (includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus). Years 2–3: $303,500 annually.
• Schedule: 4×10‑hour shifts; shared call rotation
• Call: Required – rotating call schedule
• Case Types: General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR

• EMR: Paper Charting
• Supervision Model: Independent CRNA practice
• Special Considerations: Full‑scope anesthesia practice including general, regional, neuraxial, airway management, and vascular access; Independent practice within clinical privileges; Diverse case mix in a community hospital setting; Strong OR culture and supportive leadership;

Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; New grads will also be considered.
• Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
