● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Texarkana, TX
● Salary: $250,000
● Shifts: Monday - Friday schedule, 7am - 3pm; frequent early out days
● Call: TBD
● Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
● Case Types: General, Orthopedic, GI, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology and Cosmetic Surgery
● Special Requirements: Must be comfortable performing your own blocks
● Supervision Model: Autonomous
● Staffing Grid: CRNA-only model - 2 CRNAs on-site daily (plus 1 part-time CRNA)
Job Summary
A facility in Texarkana is seeking a skilled and independent CRNA to join its CRNA-only team in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, no call, and frequent early-outs, all while practicing full-scope anesthesia, including your own blocks. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, orthopedic, GI, urology, ENT, Ophthalmology and cosmetic cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLScertifications are required.
● Must be comfortable working independently and performing your own blocks.
