- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Full-time Day
- Pay range: $17-$19hr
- Location: 4102 Shore Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46254
- Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) | Every other weekend rotation

Your Impact on the Floor
As a Mental Health Technician here, you are the eyes and ears of our recovery community. You will:
- Foster a Healing Milieu: Assist in the admission process by orienting guests and securing belongings with care and respect.
- Support Daily Success: Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and perform routine procedures like vital signs and accu checks.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a "serene environment" through frequent rounding and guest observation, reporting all changes to the RN.
- Drive Positive Outcomes: Carry out specific interventions to ensure guest safety and a judge-free atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 21 yrs or older
- Preferred STNA but not required.
- Preferred Nurses Aide.
