In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range

$76,385.00 - $116,149.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive therapy services, including patient evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and goal setting. They will also manage discharge planning and perform related clinical duties within a community-based rehabilitation setting.
