Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care management for patients within the Western Waukesha County area. Coordinate clinical services and support to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a home setting.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience. Ability to travel throughout the designated service area is required.
