- Completing and maintaining all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with policies and regulations.
- Assessing patient needs regularly and assist in the developing and updating of the Master Treatment Plan.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling field required.
- Experience: Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
- Licenses/Certificates: Kentucky Social Work or Professional Counselor License preferred.
- Schedule: Typical working hours are 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m., Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off.
