The clinician will engage individuals empathetically in an urgent care setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver services for complex mental health and substance use disorder consumers. Key functions include triage, implementing strength-based assessments, providing crisis intervention, and developing discharge and aftercare plans.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and hold a relevant Michigan license (LLP, LP, LMSW, or LPC), meeting Mental Health Professional qualifications. A requirement includes having a CAADC certification or being enrolled in a development plan, along with a minimum of one year of behavioral health experience.
