Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or

• Baccalaureate degree and a certification or advanced degree from an institution of higher learning accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association

• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS

• Salary: $93.6K - $147.8K
