Key Responsibilities
The Music Therapist provides music therapy services to hospice patients by performing assessments, establishing treatment goals, and delivering prescribed treatments. They are also responsible for documenting services, reporting on patient progress, and attending team conferences.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Music Therapist Board Certified (MT-BC) credential and have completed a Music Therapy degree. At least one year of experience and the ability to drive with reliable transportation are required.
