The physical therapist will evaluate children to establish individualized therapy goals and implement treatment plans through one-on-one sessions. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and coaching families on home exercises.
Candidates must hold a current Arizona PT or DPT license and possess CPR, AHCCCS ID, and Article 9 certifications. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to patient homes.
