We're hiring Physical Therapists to provide home-based pediatric therapy throughout Arizona.

Your Responsibilities
* Evaluate pediatric patients
* Design and implement treatment plans
* Deliver therapy services in patients' homes
* Complete accurate documentation
* Educate families on therapeutic activities
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary providers
* Support children in achieving functional goals

Qualifications
Current Arizona Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, dependable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
New graduates interested in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.

The therapist will evaluate pediatric patients, design treatment plans, and deliver therapy services directly in patients' homes. They are also responsible for documenting care, educating families, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
