Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services to older adults in their homes as part of a geriatric house call model. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate clinically excellent interventions focused on functional outcomes.
Candidates must hold a valid occupational therapy license or be eligible to apply and possess a degree from an accredited program. Basic computer literacy and current CPR certification are also required.
