• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This position focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families address relationship challenges, communication breakdowns, and life transitions through structured telehealth sessions. Your daily work centers on assessment, goal-setting, and practical therapeutic strategies that support long-term stability and healthier dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Track progress and adjust clinical approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow ethical standards and telehealth regulations
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional support are needed
• Active LMFT license in the state of Hawaii
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience delivering therapy in outpatient or virtual settings
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
