Position Overview
The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Schedule: Monday- Friday
- 1- 2 days per week remote
- 1-2 evenings per week (11:00 am-7:00 pm or 12:00 pm-8:00 pm)

- Independently Licensed Therapist Starting Salary Range between $70,000-75,000
- Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
How Therapists Empower Recovery
- Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with the client and their family/ community of support as assigned
- Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans
- Conducts therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments
Participates in Therapeutic Supported Meals
- Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions
- Therapist II Qualifications
- Current independent licensure in the state of employment required
- Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting evidence-based therapy sessions, and participating in therapeutic supported meals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field and possess current independent licensure in the state of Georgia. Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy is required, with preference given to those with specific experience in DBT, CBT, FBT, and eating disorders treatment.
