Job Description

  • Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists (PPTS) | Brighton, MI Full-Time
  • Are You a Physical Therapist Who Thinks Like an Entrepreneur?
  • Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists is looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to lead one of our clinics.
  • This isn't simply a Clinic Director position.
  • It's an opportunity to build a business.

We are looking for someone who sees a clinic as more than a place to treat patients—someone who wants to grow volume, develop new revenue streams, build a high-performing team, and have a direct financial stake in the success they create.

If you are constantly thinking “What if we tried this?”, “How could we grow this?”, or “Why couldn't we offer that here?”—we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

As a Clinic Director, you'll have the autonomy and support to:

Grow clinic volume and revenue by developing relationships, referral sources, community partnerships, and new business opportunities

Build and lead a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability and excellence

Identify opportunities to expand the services offered within your clinic

Develop and launch new programs, services, and revenue streams based on your interests and the needs of your community

Have a voice in business strategy, marketing, hiring, and growth initiatives

Mentor and develop clinicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care

Take ownership of the clinic's performance and share directly in the financial success you help create

Turn Your Ideas Into Reality

At PPTS, entrepreneurial ideas aren't just encouraged—they're supported.

Our Clinic Directors have already taken the initiative to expand their clinics with opportunities such as:

Massage Therapy

  • Pilates
  • Golf Performance & Golf Simulator
  • And More

Have an idea for a new program or business within the clinic?

We want you to build it.

We'll provide the infrastructure, resources, and support. You bring the vision, leadership, and drive to make it successful.

Your Success Should Be Our Success

We believe high performers should be rewarded for the value they create.

Our Compensation and Benefits Include

  • Competitive Salary
  • Profit Sharing
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Equity Ownership Opportunity
  • Full Benefits Package
  • Paid Time Off + Floating Birthday Holiday
  • Unlimited Continuing Education Support
  • Licensure & Professional Membership Reimbursement
  • Leadership & Mentorship Opportunities
  • Support for Developing New Programs and Services

This Is Who We Are

  • For more than 31 years, PPTS has built a reputation for exceptional orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation throughout Southeastern Michigan.
  • But we're not interested in simply maintaining what we've built.
  • We're looking for people who want to build what's next.

We are a company of high performers, leaders, and entrepreneurs. We believe the best ideas can come from anywhere, and the people who create growth should have the opportunity to participate in that growth.

  • You won't be handed a playbook and told to follow it.
  • You'll be given the opportunity to write one.
  • Who We're Looking For

We're Looking for a PT Who

  • Thinks beyond the treatment table
  • Has a strong business and growth mindset
  • Is motivated by building something bigger
  • Enjoys developing people and leading teams
  • Is comfortable taking initiative and owning results
  • Has ideas for improving or expanding healthcare delivery
  • Wants financial upside tied to performance
  • Is interested in eventually having equity ownership
  • Wants to be surrounded by other ambitious, high-performing professionals
  • If your goal is simply to find a management position, this probably isn't the opportunity for you.
  • If you want to build, lead, grow, and eventually own—let's talk.
