Shift Offered
Regular visit - Full time (5 days/week) As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll be: At the forefront of assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, directing physical therapy treatment, and providing crucial instruction to patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances.

The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate the therapeutic and functional status of patients in a home health setting. They are responsible for directing physical therapy treatment plans and providing instruction to patients and their families regarding therapeutic appliances.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Washington State and have experience working in a Medicare-certified home health agency. A reliable vehicle, current driver's license, and auto insurance are required for travel within the designated territory.
