Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will perform physical and functional assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans for seniors in their homes. They are also responsible for educating patients and families on safety and adaptive equipment while coordinating with the care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Washington, a current driver's license, and car insurance. While Home Health experience is highly preferred, it is not strictly required.
