Salary: $80,000-$95,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus available
Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Weekends! WFH options available.
Hybrid role: combining remote work with in-person client sessions. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and meaningful client interaction.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA certification
Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required)
Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work
Experience with diverse populations is a plus
