Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Part-Time with Path to Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The PMHNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide ongoing care for adults with serious mental illness and trauma-related disorders. They will work collaboratively with therapy and care coordination teams to ensure integrated treatment and maintain regulatory documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted NYS license as a Nurse Practitioner with ANCC board certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health. A minimum of 2 years of psychiatric prescribing experience and 3,600+ hours of qualifying NP practice are required.
