Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Groton, Connecticut area.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians. They will also provide parent coaching and collaborate with families and other service providers to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the ability to obtain Connecticut licensure are required.
