The Occupational Therapist will provide clinical care to residents and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations. They may also supervise COTAs, Rehab Aides, or provisional licensed occupational therapists.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and be certified or registered by the NCBOT. A valid state license in Occupational Therapy is required, with one year of clinical experience preferred.
