Job Description
Position Summary
Premier Therapy is hiring a Speech -Language Pathologist to support residents through evidence-based speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy. In this role, you'll assess communication and dysphagia needs, design individualized plans of care with functional goals, track outcomes, and update treatment approaches as progress changes. You'll also partner with the interdisciplinary team and complete accurate, timely documentation.
Required Qualifications/skills
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of practice
- CCC-SLP as applicable

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess communication and dysphagia needs while designing and implementing individualized plans of care. They will also track patient progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and hold a current state license or be eligible for one. Possession of the CCC-SLP credential is required as applicable.
