You will work directly with clients to address emotional challenges, build coping strategies, and support long-term progress. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
• Track progress and update clinical records
• Follow state and federal compliance standards
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
• Active LPC license in Idaho
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
